Our Promise to You

At Crescent Sanctuary, every item is crafted or curated with intention and care. We want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Handmade & Original Items

Because our handmade pieces are made with love and often one-of-a-kind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please reach out to us at thecrescentsanctuary@gmail.com within that window with a photo of the item and your order number, and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or refund.

We do not accept returns for handmade items due to a change of mind, as each piece is made to order or in limited quantities.

Print-on-Demand Items (via Printify)

Our print-on-demand items are produced by our print partner and are made specifically for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues (please refer to our size guides before ordering), but we will absolutely replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos.
